After calling Lakeland home for nearly 30 years, I've developed a deep understanding of what makes each Central Florida community unique. One of my greatest passions is helping people relocate to Florida. Moving can feel overwhelming, especially when you're unfamiliar with the area, but I love making the process easier by helping clients understand neighborhoods, commute times, amenities, schools, recreation, and what everyday life is really like here.

I specialize in relocation, residential resale, luxury homes, new construction, and active adult communities. Every client has different goals, so I take time to listen first, educate throughout the process, and create a strategy that's built around your needs—not mine.
