The Muirfield condos are the condominium side of Muirfield Village: 96 low-rise condo homes, all addressed on Grasslands Village Circle, toward the clubhouse end of Grasslands. They share the Muirfield name with the single-family homes nearby, but they are their own community with their own condo association. For buyers who want Grasslands living with no exterior upkeep at all — and a price point well below the single-family homes — this is where they look.

The Homes

Built between 1999 and 2005, Muirfield condos come in four floor plans, from 2-bedroom homes of about 1,180 square feet to 3-bedroom plans up to 1,780 square feet. First-floor and corner units are especially popular, some units include a garage, and the buildings sit in the golf-course landscape near the clubhouse. Sales here are often turnkey — furnished, lock-and-leave homes change hands regularly, which tells you exactly how owners use them.

HOA and Fees

The Muirfield condos are run by their own condominium association. Recent listings show the condo fee at about $515 to $580 per month depending on the unit, covering building and exterior maintenance, insurance, grounds, water, sewer, trash, cable TV, internet, and pest control. Living in the Muirfield Condos

This is the easiest ownership in Grasslands. Snowbirds and seasonal owners furnish a unit, lock it up in spring, and come back in fall to find everything exactly as they left it. First-floor units market themselves honestly — no stairs, no elevators — and the Grasslands Village Circle location means the clubhouse, dining, and practice facilities are genuinely walkable. Full-timers like the same things: a real neighborhood feel, golf outside the window, and weekends that belong to them instead of to the house.

The Muirfield condos are on Grasslands Village Circle inside Grasslands in South Lakeland, off Harden Boulevard. Lakeside Village shopping and dining is a few minutes away, downtown Lakeland and Lakeland Linder International Airport are each about 15 minutes, and the Polk Parkway connects you to I-4. Homes are zoned for Polk County public schools serving South Lakeland; ask Elizabeth to confirm zoning for a specific unit.
