The Homes

Bellerive homes were built between 2001 and 2005 and are the largest patio homes in Grasslands, ranging from about 2,679 to 4,875 square feet on lots of roughly a quarter to a third of an acre. Finishes read like custom homes: tile roofs, solid wood cabinetry, granite counters, high-end appliances, detailed millwork, and brick-paver driveways, walkways, and patios. Recent listings show the Bellerive HOA at about $509 per month, and the coverage is extensive: weekly mowing, annual mulch, tree trimming, roof and exterior pressure washing on a three-year cycle, exterior painting every six years, the 24-hour guard gate, and common grounds. Bellerive sits just inside the main Grasslands gate in South Lakeland, off Harden Boulevard. Lakeside Village shopping and dining is a few minutes away, downtown Lakeland and Lakeland Linder International Airport are each about 15 minutes, and the Polk Parkway puts I-4 within easy reach.
