When you first walk in, you have this little landing, with a rug, and then that goes downstairs to the fourth bedroom or playroom. Come upstairs and you see the kitchen, and look how cute that dining room looks. And then look how cute this living room looks. What a difference a rug makes, and a sofa. Look how pretty the pillows are — they just turn a property into a home. I love this little arrangement, and little accessories like that. And then look how cute the bathroom looks. When I first put it on the market 48 hours ago, we had around seven showings. Molly Simpson on my team did an open house and she had around four families come in. Because of all that activity, I am here now to just make sure that everything is locked up and everything looks good, because we had so much traffic — that is what I do as the listing agent.

They were down to 5.99% the Friday before, then went up a little bit more to 6.06%. So buyers are back. I have had so many showings on my other listings as well, so that has caused a frenzy too.
